ATI and TechConnect announce the Medical Innovation Challenge, a non-dilutive $50,000 prize for innovators


AUSTIN, TX, March 9, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Advanced Technology International (ATI) and TechConnect today announced the first Medical Innovation Challenge. The challenge is designed to generate breakthrough innovations for the commercialization efforts of businesses and federal agencies. The Challenge is the first in a series of acceleration events sponsored by ATI.

“This is a unique opportunity for innovators to engage with three of the nation’s top technology research consortia, representing more than $20 billion in non-dilutive prototype financing authority. Top-ranked applicants will be invited to pitch their technologies in person to industry, investment and government leaders at the TechConnect Global Innovation Conference and compete for the $50,000 jackpot. The conference will take place June 13-15, 2022in washington d.c. All qualified applicants will receive a 12-month membership opportunity in the Medical CBRN Defense Consortium (MCDC) and the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Consortium. Other qualified winners will also receive a 12-month Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium membership opportunity.
